I have had my vehicles serviced almost exclusively by Paul Dan since 1973.
The vehicles in question were three Ford V8's and two Holden V8's, being a mixture of both family and business cars.
The simple reason why I have continued to use this service is because I have always been given excellent quality workmanship and exceptionally good service. During my previous travels interstate and still today, as well as normal driving around town, I have never been let down by a mechanical or electrical fault. Matthew, like his father before him, is very knowledgeable about vehicles, is very honest in his assessments and extremely thorough. There have been example when my vehicle has been kept overnight, in order to check the problem or work done under 'cold start' conditions.
I would also like it to be known that the workshop maintains precise records of all work done on each vehicle, that reasonable follow up to establish how the vehicle is performing is normal, as is notification of an impending service date. finally I always been able to contact Matthew 'out of hours' if I have had a problem.
My long experience with Paul Dan Automotive means I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there in future for all the reasons stated above, as well as the fact these people are completely trustworthy.
