I would like to thank you both for your conscientious and meticulous care and attention given to my Mazda 323, which has been serviced by you since 1994.
I have always felt welcomed by both of you and have enjoyed your respect and willingness to discuss with me a wide variety of aspects about my car.

• Willingness to discuss whatever needs attention on my car - including showing me and explaining the problems whilst the car was on the hoist.
